Corporal Kelsee Lainhart was seriously injured in the suicide bombing attack at the Kabul Airport on August 26th while fulfilling her duties to the Marines.
Kelsee sustained serious injuries and will have long road of rehabilitation and recovery ahead of her.
She is a strong, beautiful, brave young woman with a bright future ahead of her and we know she can do it!!
On Thursday, August 26th, Kelsee was one of the Marines injured in the heinous suicide bombing attack at the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan.
We are thankful she is alive and our hearts our broken for those that lost their lives. We are lucky that Kelsee's friend and fellow Marine, Molly, was by her side while she was quickly moved to a hospital in Germany to be stabilized in order to make the 10hr flight to Walter Reed Hospital in the US.
Kelsee arrived at Walter Reed on Saturday evening (8/28) where Glen and Stacey anxiously were waiting to see their daughter. Kelsee was immediately evaluated by her awaiting doctors and surgeons and was scheduled for immediate surgery Sunday morning (8/29).
The surgery went well, however, Kelsee has severe injuries and will have a long road ahead of her to recover. Stacey has said that the doctors and surgeons have been absolutely amazing and Kelsee is in great hands.
America’s Problem: The American representative democracy’s greatest threat is the current state of divisiveness. Great Republics don’t fail from external forces. Like ancient Rome and Yugoslavia, they fail from internal strife and decay. This often-unspoken problem corrodes the American way of life from the inside.
The polarization of key departments in the American government, such as defense and justice, are symptomatic of the same problem. Furthermore, the critical issues facing America’s future (national debt, immigration, and an ineffective military system to name a few) are consistently unaddressed because solutions don’t fall perfectly in-line with one political party’s dogma.
The American people are at an inflection point and must decide soon if the current form of government still serves their interests.

Once upon a time, I turned to my husband, Michael, and said: I want to write about America.
And so I did.
AMERICA: The Blog was "born" in September 2020 and has received 4 million views from patriots worldwide. People who want their God-given right of Freedom and look to us Americans and Donald Trump to lead the way.
Together we explore the story-behind-the-"official"-story of the news of the day, learn the real history of America's founding, encourage each other during these frustrating times and, hopefully, have a few laughs as well.
We are the peaceful Digital Soldiers General Flynn talks about. We hold the line for truth, justice and the American way. Most importantly, we support President Donald Trump's epic journey in restoring America to her former glory as envisioned and written by the Founding Fathers and insist he be re-inaugurated as, everyone knows, he won the 2020 Presidential Election in a historic landslide.
